I appreciated the clean and well-maintained common areas, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very attentive, making my stay not only comfortable but enjoyable. Also, the amenities were accessible, ensuring a pleasant experience for seniors like myself.
More variety in breakfast options would be great.

The room was clean and free of odors, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast selection was disappointing, and there were some maintenance issues like a noisy AC and a broken toilet drain cover that affected comfort. Overall, some improvements would make a big difference.

I found Quality Inn in Oneida to be a decent place for my overnight stay. The room I had was clean and adequately stocked, which made settling in easy. However, the TV didn’t work at first and even after fixing, it had lines going up and down the screen. Not a huge deal since we didn’t watch much, but it might bother others. The staff was really friendly, always ready to help with a smile. I enjoyed the hot shower with great pressure. The breakfast choices were limited, just some cereals and coffee, so I was a bit disappointed there. The location is ideal, close to plenty of eateries. There was some noise from other guests, especially kids running around, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Despite these small hiccups, the cleanliness and staff made my stay quite pleasant.

Great hot shower and friendly check-in staff. Room cleanliness was lacking, though.

Stayed for one night in a Queen Room, Disability Access. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making the experience pleasant. While the continental breakfast was basic, it sufficed for a quick start to the day. However, the lingering smell of old carpeting in the halls was off-putting and needs addressing. The location is convenient for nearby restaurants and attractions, but the building could benefit from a thorough renovation.

The check-in experience was smooth. The staff member was welcoming and accommodating.
The overall room ambiance felt dated.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy place, especially enjoying our walks with our beloved pet. The nearby Erie Canalway Trail was perfect for family strolls, and the kids loved the Gold Rush Adventure Golf. The room was spacious and relaxing.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were quite limited. For families with children, it would be great to enhance the breakfast selection to include more food choices.

Absolutely loved the meals around Oneida! The grilled meats and local flavors had my taste buds dancing like it was a Saturday night. The room was clean and cozy, and the AC was a lifesaver during those sizzling days.
We did catch an Uber to the concert at Turning Stone Casino since it was a bit of a trek. Sure, the price was on the up-and-up for the Saturday night hustle, but still, the comfy vibes made it worth it.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my solo stay, but breakfast options were limited—juice, coffee, and stale cereal were all that awaited me. Room cleanliness was good, but be prepared for no elevators. If you need assistance, try dropping by the desk directly. phone calls might go unanswered.

I enjoyed my one-night stay here while visiting the Turning Stone Casino for a concert. The room was comfortable, and the continental breakfast provided decent options, although there could be a bit more variety. The staff was helpful, which made my experience more pleasant, and I appreciated the proximity to various attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying again.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
Our recent stay was marked by a friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The small, cozy room provided necessary amenities despite minor cleanliness issues. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast even though the variety was limited. Pro tip, bring snacks for late-night munchies!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, wheelchair access, and free parking. The staff was incredibly helpful during my first stay, providing the best local taxi tip. I highly recommend it!

The staff that checked me in were beyond pleasant & helpful, explaining the amenities & offering to answer questions about the property. My room was clean and had a comfy bed, I didn't expect that, but it felt like a much more expensive place.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable given the quality.
